Initial consultations are Free and last around 30 minutes. They can take place face to face, online or via the phone. The Free consultation allows me to explain the hypnotherapy process to you and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have before progressing with hypnotherapy
Face to Face Hypnotherapy
All face-to-face hypnotherapy sessions are held at my hypnotherapy practice in Wymondham, Norfolk. We will work together to help you successfully reach your desired goals quickly and effectively. You may even begin to wonder why you hadn’t considered hypnotherapy before
Online Hypnotherapy
I offer online hypnotherapy using Zoom or Skype. This enables me to work with clients both throughout the UK and internationally in the privacy and comfort of their own surroundings. Online hypnotherapy sessions are an effective and convenient way to see clients who are unable to travel to Wymondham Hypnotherapy
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, bank transfer or cheque at the end of each session.
It’s perfectly natural to feel a little apprehensive at the start of your first hypnotherapy session, after all, most of us experience a few nerves when doing something we haven’t done before. But in no time at all you’ll find any nerves dissipate leaving you feeling comfortable, relaxed, and ready for successful hypnotherapy to begin.
Every client is unique, and the number of hypnotherapy sessions needed will differ from person to person dependent on the issue or issues being addressed. We will work together on a session-by-session basis with your progress discussed at the end of every session. You will be in complete control of whether you feel another hypnotherapy session is required or you have achieved your desired goals and are ready to continue your forward progress independently. It really does depend on what is being addressed but on average clients usually see noticeable change within 3-4 hypnotherapy sessions.
Face to Face and Zoom Wymondham Hypnotherapy sessions last approximately 1 hour.
